I graduated from the College of Commerce and Catering in 1974. After college, I worked for 2 years at the Advertising and PR Department of the Danubius Hotel and Spa Company.
Following the birth of my second child, from 1979 to 1984 I dealt with British, American and Japanese tour operations as an executive in the Incoming Department of the state travel agency IBUSZ.
Between 1984 and 1990 I was the sales manager at a major Budapest hotel, the Atrium Hyatt.
In 1991 I founded Gala Tours Ltd, and have been its managing director ever since.
I speak good English, intermediate German, and basic French and Russian.
